The Wine TASTING AND TOUR experience at Tidal School Vineyards is a fun & entertaining way to learn more about wine! Our friendly staff will help beginners and experts alike advance their wine tasting skills and knowledge in a fun and non-threatening environment. There are no wine snobs at Tidal School Vineyards so don't worry if you don't know much about wine!!! Tasting Notes: You will get to taste a variety of dry, semi-sweet, and sweet wines all at no charge  You'll learn what foods match with what wines and how they enhance each other  You'll learn about the characteristics and variations of wine colors, tastes, and bouquets (the bouquet is how good they smell)  Tour Notes: Your tour may include a visit to the lower level where we'll show you Oklahoma's largest working winery including all of the winery equipment such as the fermentation tanks, wine-press, laboratory, and fully automated bottling line.  You'll visit the Cabernet Franc wine-grape vineyard planted three years ago on the property You'll also visit the Heritage Area and learn about the historic building which is listed on The National Register of Historic Places There is usually a featured artist and you can visit this area and admire the artwork (yes this is free too!) Finish your California Style wine country experience with a glass of wine listening to great music on the decks overlooking the vineyard. We're here to help you experience all of the great culture that Oklahoma's own wine country can offer!
